Revit

I am currently enrolled at Front Range Community College and by the end of 2024 will have earned my Revit Certification.  Below is a compilation of work that I have completed during my time in this program.

Custom Families

I modeled a parametric ceiling fan with options for finishes, blade sizes, down rod lengths and optional light fixture.

Foot Stool Family

This was the first family I created.  I modeled it after the foot stool that I have in my house.

Door Family with Nested Door Slabs

This parametric family allows for door sizing, different door slab types and optional hardware.

Model of My Existing Home

Tasked to create something that I am interested in I chose to model my home.  In addition, I created a CD set of various plan and elevation views as well as section details and callouts.  While this set is not exhaustive or perfect it represents my educational journey in Revit and my desire to learn more.

Renderings of My Existing Home

I expanded upon the file that you see above by adding topography to the exterior as well as a pergola addition.  I utilized various massing in place and split boundary tools to generate the topography.  The interior of the home received furnishings, casework and wall finishes.
